Glossa is a label specializing in historically informed performance and with a keen interest in design and editorial excellence. One of Spain’s most prominent labels and considered by many to be the world’s finest for early music, they are based in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in the mountains near Madrid. The label is important not only on account of its excellent artistic coherence - featuring top names in early music such as Paolo Pandolfo, La Venexiana, Graindelavoix, the Orchestra of the 18th Century, Le Concert Spirituel, Fabio Bonizzoni and the Moreno brothers - but also because of its innovative and exquisite presentation. They publish CDs, DVDs and book-CDs.
